The studio unit is 361 sq feet. It will include a full kitchen with included appliances, cabinetry, storage space, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and storage space. The living area will be fully furnished with a bed, couch, and closet.

Yes, a one month security deposit will be required to hold the unit during build out of the community.

The fair market rental rate is $1500. The rental rate for the unhoused will be $1000. Programs will be available to assist veteras and the unhoused with their deposits, and rental assistance. Our pricing is well below the fair market value rate for brand new studios. All utilities are included, along with free wifi. Additional packages are available for tenants who wish to add additional amentities.

Our independent units and co-living units will be located in Florida.

Veterans should apply for VA benefits to help offset the cost of lodging. We can help set up the appointments if it is needed in order to get the ball rolling in your favor.
